Capsa AI Raises $18M Series A

Capsa AI, based in London and New York, a company that provides an AI-powered platform for the private equity sector, has raised $18 million in Series A funding. This latest round brings the company total funding to $20 million. The company aims to solve data organization challenges in the private capital market, where information is often fragmented across emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets.

The funding round was led by TX Ventures and Pivot Investment Partners. Additional investors include Bek Ventures, as well as existing backers Antler, Outward VC, Cornerstone VC, and angel investor Paul Forster.

Capsa AI plans to use the capital to further develop its platform that embeds across the full fund lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and back-office operations for private capital firms.

Founded in 2024 by CEO Danyal Oezduezenciler, Capsa AI was established to address the data-intensive inefficiencies within the private equity industry. The platform acts as a single point of knowledge by aggregating data from various sources to streamline complex financial workflows.
