Factorial Raises $150M Series D

Factorial, a Spain-based AI workforce operations platform, has raised $150 million in a Series D funding round, bringing its valuation to $2.5 billion. The company provides a comprehensive software suite for managing human resources and workforce operations for over 16,000 businesses.

The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Atomico and Four Rivers.

Factorial plans to use the new capital to accelerate its expansion into international markets, specifically targeting Germany as its primary growth region. The company is opening a new office in Munich and will conduct extensive hiring for sales, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering roles. Additionally, the company intends to grow its presence in France, Italy, and Portugal while continuing to scale its global team.
