Mendo Raises €12M Series A

Mendo, a Paris-based software company specializing in enterprise AI adoption, has raised €12 million in a Series A funding round. This new capital brings the company's total funding to €15.5 million, following a €3.5 million seed round closed in 2024. The platform provides a SaaS solution that integrates with everyday AI tools to guide employees and optimize the use of generative and agentic AI within large organizations.

The funding round was co-led by Ventech and Educapital. Additional participating investors included Tomcat and OVNI.

Mendo plans to use the capital to strengthen its analytics layer, which tracks AI usage and identifies high-ROI agent deployments. The company will also double its total headcount from 50 to 100 employees, with a focus on product, engineering, and sales teams. Finally, the funds will support an accelerated commercial rollout across major European markets.

Founded in 2021 by CEO Quentin Amaudry, Mendo is an AI adoption platform that helps enterprises successfully deploy and scale generative and agentic AI across their organizations. The company's platform combines guidance, training, analytics, and adoption management to help organizations maximize the business impact of their AI investments while ensuring employees remain at the center of transformation efforts. Mendo currently serves more than 100 organizations, including PwC, Novo Nordisk, Crédit Agricole, Groupe Rocher, and Edenred, supporting nearly 100,000 employees across Europe.
