Mimir Raises €518.3k Pre-seed

Mimir, an Oslo-based startup developing an AI-native operations platform for e-commerce, has raised €518.3k in pre-Seed funding. The company aims to automate manual operational tasks for online retailers, helping brands manage customer support and logistics more efficiently.

The funding round was led by Sondo Capital, an Oslo-based venture capital firm. The round also included participation from a group of angel investors from the Nordic tech and e-commerce sectors, including individuals from VILLOID, Kry, Enode, and Whitson.

Mimir plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development and double the size of its team to scale its operations for e-commerce brands.

Founded in 2024 by Jørgen Vartdal Halse, Jens Kristoffersen, and Øyvind Monsen, Mimir is an AI-native operations platform designed specifically for B2C e-commerce. Its software manages customer conversations and operational tasks by integrating directly with existing e-commerce workflows to automate processes related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
