Prezent Raises $30M in Funding
Prezent, a Los Altos, California-based startup offering an AI-powered enterprise presentation builder, has raised $30 million in funding round. This investment brings the company total funding to over $74 million, valuing the business at $400 million.
The round was led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with participation from existing investors Emergent Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Alumni Ventures.
Prezent intends to use the capital primarily to fuel an acquisition strategy. The company has already completed its first acquisition of Prezentium, a services-led presentation firm, and plans to continue targeting companies in areas such as executive communication coaching, medical writing, and communication consulting to expand its client base and domain expertise.
Founded by Rajat Mishra, Prezent provides an AI-powered platform designed to automate and enhance business communications and presentation creation for enterprise organizations. The company focuses on vertical-specific AI training, including support for life sciences and tech industries, while deploying presentation engineers to assist enterprise customers with product adoption.
