The funding round was led by Bond Capital, a venture capital firm with a notable portfolio including OpenAI and Substack. Additional investors included IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix, Lightspeed, Menlo Ventures, and Schroders Capital, alongside several unnamed leading artists, songwriters, and producers.
Suno plans to use the capital to support its ongoing development of AI music generation technology and to roll out its new model developed in partnership with Warner Music Group.
