Webidoo Raises $25M Other

Webidoo, based in Chicago with global operations, is an AI technology company providing a suite of business automation platforms for small and medium-sized businesses. The company has closed a $25 million funding round to accelerate its international expansion and execute a targeted acquisition strategy.

This funding round was led by the IXC3 fund, part of the Azimut Group. Additional investors include 8a+, part of Banca Generali, and TIM Ventures.

Webidoo plans to deploy a significant portion of the capital to fund an M&A strategy focused on acquiring client-facing SaaS companies and marketing agencies. These acquisitions are intended to be integrated with Webidoos proprietary AI platforms, Jooice, Groow, and Welpy, to create a unified AI operating layer for business operations.

Founded to help businesses automate core processes, Webidoo develops AI-driven platforms designed to streamline operations across marketing, sales, and management. By replacing fragmented tool stacks with its proprietary ecosystem, the company aims to help SMBs bridge the gap between business insights and automated action.
